BRIEF PROJECT INTRODUCTION

1.PROJECT DESCRIPTION
The project title is the construction of “Proposed Building (G+5P+17+R)” located Plot no. JVC18TCP015C Al Barsha South Forth, Dubai-U.A.E. The proposed building is supported by deep foundation i.e piles having diameter 700mm, 800mm & 1000mm.
2.SCOPE OF WORKS (Enabling Works)
Finesun Piling scope of work is proposed to be as mentioned below.
Mobilization & Demobilization of Manpower & Equipment.
Site Preliminaries i.e provision of Site Fencing, Sign Board, Site Offices & Welfare Facilities.
Piling Works
Construction of 700mm dia. Piles (57 nos.), 800mm dia. Piles (33 nos.) & 1000mm dia. Piles (79 nos.) of average depth of 28.0m below existing ground level.
Pile Testing Works
Installation & Testing of Three nos. PTP (Preliminary Test Piles) for each pile dia, tested to 2 times of working load capacity by Anchors method.
Testing of Three nos. working piles for each pile dia, tested to 1.50 times of working load capacity by Anchors method.
Testing of 5% of the total piles (9 nos.) for high strain dynamic load up to 1.50 times of working load capacity.
Testing of 10% of the total piles (18 nos.) for sonic coring.
Integrity Testing on 100% of the piles.
